Vendor Management:

• Communication with all vendors 30 days before the wedding to confirm:

• Arrival and departure times.

• Setup requirements.

• Final payments and gratuities.

• Creation and distribution of a comprehensive vendor timeline.

Detailed Wedding Day Timeline:

• A fully tailored timeline covering:

• Vendor arrivals.

• Bridal party prep and photo schedules.

• Ceremony details and timing.

• Reception flow, speeches, and send-off.

Rehearsal Management:

• Up to 2 hours of rehearsal coordination to ensure:

• Bridal party and family know their roles.

• Timing and processional/recessional are clear.

Setup & Strike:

• Setup: Overseeing the setup of personal decor, signage, place cards, favors, and any other details.

• Strike: Ensuring all decor, rentals, and personal items are removed and packed at the end of the night.

Wedding Day Execution:

• Management of the entire wedding day by a lead planner and assistant (up to 12 hours on-site).

Coordination of:

• Ceremony processional and recessional.

• Guest management and seating.

• Troubleshooting and resolution of any unexpected issues.

End-of-Day Wrap-Up:

• Secure storage of gifts, personal items, and decor.

• Overseeing the cleanup to ensure all rentals and items are returned properly.
