Detailed Wedding Day Timeline:

Rehearsal Management:

• Up to 2 hours of rehearsal coordination to ensure:

• Bridal party and family know their roles.

• Timing and processional/recessional are clear.

Setup & Strike:

• Setup: Overseeing the setup of personal decor, signage, place cards, favors, and any other details.

• Strike: Ensuring all decor, rentals, and personal items are removed and packed at the end of the night.

Wedding Day Execution:

• Management of the entire wedding day by a lead planner and assistant (up to 12 hours on-site).

Coordination of:

• Ceremony processional and recessional.

• Guest management and seating.

• Troubleshooting and resolution of any unexpected issues.

End-of-Day Wrap-Up:
